As Lead Designer for Zillow’s seventh annual Unlock Conference, I orchestrated a comprehensive brand strategy that successfully unified Zillow’s identity with two critical technology acquisitions—Follow Up Boss and ShowingTime+—creating a cohesive yet distinct experience for nearly 1,500 elite real estate agents. Over 3.5 months, I led cross-functional collaboration between Brand, Communications, Events teams, and external production partners, translating complex business objectives into compelling visual narratives. My executive-level consulting approach enabled me to transform technical presentations into engaging stories, tailoring each executive’s content to maximize impact while preserving their authentic voice. The execution demanded both creative vision and technical precision—from designing for an impressive 85-foot wide main stage display to developing dynamic motion graphics packages that enhanced the attendee journey throughout the venue. My on-site direction during rehearsals ensured flawless delivery, with real-time problem-solving capabilities that maintained the integrity of our creative vision despite the technical complexity of a multi-brand, large-scale conference environment. This project demonstrated my ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous attention to creative execution while managing multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
